KOTO Membership – Subscription Policy

The short version

  • Skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account. No fees, no minimum commitment.
  • Save 15% with monthly delivery, or 15% with delivery every 2 weeks.

How KOTO Membership works
When you choose KOTO Membership, your first order is charged at checkout. After that, your order renews automatically at the delivery frequency you selected, and the payment method you used at checkout is charged on each billing date. The membership discount applies to every delivery for as long as your membership is active.

Managing your membership
You can manage your membership anytime by signing in to your account at kotobeauty.ae. From there you can:

  • skip your next delivery
  • change your delivery frequency
  • update your payment method or delivery address
  • pause or cancel your membership

Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum number of orders. To avoid being charged for your next delivery, please cancel before your next billing date. Once you cancel, no further payments will be taken.

Refunds
Because Sweet Balance is a consumable health product, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds, including on membership renewals. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send you a replacement.

Price changes
If the price of your membership changes, we will let you know before your next billing date. You are always free to cancel before the new price applies.

Failed payments
If a payment cannot be processed, we may try again. If the payment still fails, your membership may be paused until your payment details are updated.

Shipping
Orders are delivered within 1–2 working days in Dubai and 2–3 working days to the other Emirates. Delivery is free across the UAE. For other GCC countries, shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
