Processing
Orders are processed on working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery within the UAE
Delivery is free across the UAE.
- Dubai: 1–2 working days
- Other Emirates: 2–3 working days
Delivery to other GCC countries
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges at the destination are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a delivery fails because of incorrect details or because the parcel could not be delivered after several attempts, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
